The Hilltop Trendsetter 18 martin house is the "cadillac" all-in-one package built to the highest standards.  Unique in design this spacious 35 square aluminum house has insulated compartment ceilings and insulated roof.  18 separate living compartments have straight entry and side entrances. Large 6 x 11 and 6 x 12 (gable compartments are 6 x 9) suites have vinyl coated wire sub-floors and ventilation that you can open and close to keep the birds comfortable.  Each easily removed side panel allows nest checks of four compartments.
Two 60" smooth fiberglass perch rods will add an abundance of perch space to the bottom porch. This spacious house has 5" wide rain guard porches to keep the nest dry in extreme weather conditions. Porch dividers increase occupancy and decrease porch dominance. 
System includes 3" square, 14 foot aluminum pole, ground stake, top perches, winch with stainless steel cable for safe, easy lowering and raising of the martin house. Choice of round or crescent entrances. Winter door caps included with round entrances. Trendsetter houses are fully assembled for your convenience.  Custom Amish built in the USA!
Matching winter cover available below to keep starlings and sparrows out when martins migrate. 
Other items to consider with this house are custom nesting trays, a predator guard for the pole, sparrow/starling traps, and ventilated doors depending on your local conditions.

Purple Martin Paradise

We have finally been able to install ( delayed by 15” of snow ) our New Trendsetter 18 room Purple Martin Home in Northern Mn.. The quality and craftsmanship from the iron steel stake to the extruded aluminum pole and beautifully crafted aluminum housing will bring our Family and Friends years of enjoyment ( as well for the Purple Martins ). Perfect for our setting

I had Purple Martins from day 3 of putting up the house. Two months later I can consistently count 12-16 adults. Also, I have had a lot of interest and great comments on the house and birds.

just great!

purchased two weeks ago and put it up yesterday. we wanted to get it put up before the ground froze which is coming soon. the house looks really amazing and move up and down on the pole pretty easy. as a woman I can do it all myself which is great. the old one was too heavy. we're looking forward to our martins return. they should be very happy with their new home.
