Big Oak Owl Box

I installed the Owl Box in my big oak tree in backyard. Looks great. I did have a little trouble with the top wood screw. There wasn't room for my electric drill, and it was hard to turn with just my hand. Bottom screw installed easily. I left town for 2 weeks, and when I returned, a red-bellied woodpeckers seems to have taken up residence. I was kind of expecting that though.
