Provide martins a place to colonize in your yard by providing the Nature House Pioneer 12 Room Martin House System.  This is a great house and top seller!  Made of rust-free aluminum and painted bright white, this house deflects and dissipates heat keeping the nest compartments comfortable.  Aluminum body is also lightweight which will allow you to easily raise and lower it on your martin pole.  House has 12 total compartments on 2 levels.  Compartments measure 6" x 6" x 6"  which is a great size for each family.  House includes Pole and ground socket, rope and lanyard elevating system, 12 Dri-nesting subfloors, roof perch, porch and railing, mounting bracket and 12 winter door stops. Also to prevent starlings from overtaking the house, consider changing the doors to crescent opening. 

Made in USA!  Some assembly required.

Safety system is a must

The safety pole lock for the Martin house works great. It is a must for houses with a pull rope to raise. Last season one of our older Martin house’s pull rope broke and the house dropped about one foot until the broken rope got tangled on the pulley and stopped. That doesn’t sound like much, but the Martins left that house and our yard. If the house fell all the way down, the house could have been severely damaged or Martins could have been fatally injured. The rope I was using was old but I check the condition every year and every time the house is lowered. The safety lock will prevent such an occurrence should the rope break again in the future. I highly recommend the safety lock.

This instructions are the worst of anything I have ever tried to follow. I would love to return that house. It i s just a pile of junk.

Nature house martin safety system

Ordered and received in 2 days, perfect condition, not a scratch or dent on any piece. Problem with middle pole, called and received new one in 2 days. Ordering, packaging, shipping, customer service was outstanding. As for the house and pole, the same, just outstanding product. Like the lanyard up and down so much better than telescoping poles. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this purchase.
