Offer your martins a wonderful home with the Waters Edge 3 Floor-6 Room Suites from Birds Choice.  One of the most scientifically proven houses available on the market today. The 6 x 12 suite concept utilizes two compartments per family offering an entry room and a nesting room. The martins enter through a starling resistant entry hole. From the entry room, they travel 90 degrees through a 2-1/4 opening into the nesting room with an elevated sub floor and nesting trays included. This design provides greater protection from natural predators such as owls, racoons, and hawks. Martins have a tendency to yield more fledglings from large compartments and the entry room serves as a protective staging area for the young birds prior to flight. Louvered air vents and attic insulation provide optimal protection from temperature extremes. Each suite has its own private porch with guard rail. Hinged doors allow easy access and roof perch lets the birds sit on top of their 'mansion.'  Mansion features include all cool aluminum and stainless steel construction, reflective roof, hinged clean out doors, guard rails, top perch, and an all aluminum base plate. Assembled with rivets.  Made to fit this Heavy Duty 12ft Pole.

 
We highly recommend door plugs be inserted when your martins migrate south to ensure sparrows or other birds don't nest in the house.  To ensure maximum martin occupancy please keep other birds out of the house. 
 

The Waters Edge Purple Martin House is available fully assembled or unassembled.

Base plate adapter for mounting to pole included.  Adapter will fit any pole with inside diameter of 1-1/2" or outside diameter of 1-3/8".

All we need are birds!

I enjoyed assembling the Martin House. It is a perfect rainy-day activity. I made a mounting bracket for connecting the house to an existing pole. Works great. The Martin house looks great in the yard! Now we wait!

Nice but not as shown on website

It is a 12-hole metal house, but not near as nice as the one you showed on your website. I am still waiting for my handyman to hang it, so not sure if he will have any installation issues. I already have a very nice 4" diameter pole that has been set in a deep concrete base, and the only reason I'm replacing the house is that the original wooden one was eaten out by squirrels as their nest box. Hopefully, this all-metal house will solve that problem.

Superior Purple Martin house

I'm impressed as to the quality and thought that went behind the creation of this line of Purple Martin house. It ticked off all the boxes and more for an exceptional home for my Purple Martins. When the time comes to order more houses, I will get it pre-built. Putting it together was a challenge and VERY time consuming. Well worth the effort though!

Nice Purple Martin House but Poor Customer Suppor

The purple martin house and pole shipped quickly! It took me about 4 hours to put together but instructions were pretty good. It is the end of martin season here so I won't be able to try it out until next spring but first impression of the house is good. I gave the product 4 stars because some of the apartment fronts don't snap down into the groove when closed but I think I can make it work. I also purchased the Birds Choice pole and it seems sturdy.

I am super frustrated with wildbirdstoreonline customer service. Under their "Why Us" tab it states they get back to customer the next day. The birdhouse came with a bent roof (out of the box). Over the course of one week, I emailed 3 times and left 2 voice messages and still haven't heard back. I finally contacted the manufacturer who is going to provide me with a replacement part.
