The Amish community knows martin housing and the Hilltop Trendsetter 12 System is a superb all-in-one package made to the highest of standards.  Unique in design this system adds lots of useful and beneficial features for your martin colony.  Martins will thank you with their chatter, while occupying this aluminum house with insulated compartment ceilings and an insulated roof. 
Compartments have side entrances, which the martins like because they turn right or left into large 6 x 11 suites with vinyl coated wire subfloors, removable fronts and ventilation that you can open and close to keep the birds comfortable.  Two 48" smooth fiberglass perch rods will add an abundance of perch space to the bottom porch. This spacious house has wide rain guard porches to keep the nest dry in extreme weather conditions. Porch dividers increase occupancy and decrease porch dominance. 
System includes a sturdy 2" square (or 3" square upgrade) , 14 foot aluminum pole, ground stake, top perches, winch with stainless steel cable for safe, easy lowering and raising of the martin house. Choose from round or starling resistant crescent entrances. Winter door caps included with round entrances. Trendsetter houses are fully assembled for your convenience.  Custom built in the USA!
 
Fitted winter cover available to keep starlings and sparrows out when martins migrate.
Other items to consider with this house are custom nesting trays, a predator guard for the pole, sparrow/starling traps, and ventilated doors depending on your local conditions

Great houses!

We have 5 of the Trendsetter 12 houses on 3” poles. Got the first two in 2021, and have added more since. Very well made, attractive, and the Martins seem to love them! No, they aren’t cheap, but you won’t be disappointed! Wildbirdstore is great place to do business. Very responsive to questions or concerns. Very pleased all around with my purchases.

Trendsetter 12 martin house

At 75 years old, I needed to replace my older house with a house with a winch. This house and 3 inch pole fit the bill perfect. The martins filled every compartment the first year.

Couldn't be Happier

Exceptional quality Purple Martin House! Very well constructed and will be easy to maintain for many years to come. We recieved our house 6 days after placing the order. We were able to follow the enclosed instructions and installed it and the 3" pole with winch pretty easily. It's not quite time for our Purple Martins to arrive here in central Oklahoma but we are ready to welcome them home when the time comes.

My wife and I live on the coast of North Carolina. Over the past 30 years, we have had several different types of Martin houses and have spent countless hours and a great deal of money trying to get something that will withstand the strong winds and storms here on the coast. Our last PLASTIC houses were destroyed and the telescoping poles were destroyed during hurricane Florence.
